Although 3M has created this adhesive to be re-positionable and removable, it is not designed to be re-used. We've had many customers tell us they've reused their GelaSkins with great success! If you wish to reuse a skin, we recommend peeling it back carefully to avoid stretching and storing it on its original protective backing, and pressed flat (i.e. under a book).

GelaScreens are premium crystal film kits designed to defend your display from daily abuse. Each kit includes a microfiber cloth to clean the surface of your display and allow easy, lint-free application

Our art is printed using the finest archival quality Ultrachrome K3 inks. We use a heavyweight, Hahnemühle 90% bamboo paper (a renewable resource). The prints are bordered with white, making them ready to frame or hang on their own.

GelaSkins is not responsible for any additional import taxes or custom charges that may be incurred on international shipments. Each country has different policies. For more information on charges you may expect, contact your local customs office prior to ordering your GelaSkins. We cannot mark international shipments as gifts or samples.

Skins are shipped with UPS or Standard Post in a sturdy cardboard envelope. You will be offered the choice of carrier and associated costs before you complete your order. UPS includes tracking, while Standard Post does not.

When choosing a shipping method, please be sure to account for processing time in addition to the stated shipping times. After you place your order, we do our best to get it out the door within 2 business days. For large or bulk orders, processing times may be slightly longer.

Our products are lovingly made by our awesome hand-picked team here in our World Headquarters. While our facility is not open to the public, nor are we equipped to handle pick-ups, we do offer a special shipping rate to locals. Just give us a call or drop us a line for details!

Visit our Track My Order page and use the Order ID from your email receipt. Follow the instructions to check the status of your purchase and to track your package.

Any unused, unopened product can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. Custom skins cannot be refunded, but can be returned for credit. To begin the return process, please visit our Returns Page. You'll need your order number and email address to proceed.

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy, and you don't need to have a credit card. Visit PayPal for more information.

If you're experiencing issues with entering your credit card, double-check that all of the information is exactly as it appears on your card. If everything is correct, your card type could be an issue (some debit and gift cards are not accepted by our payment processor), or it could be a restriction on cross-border purchases (don't forget, we're in Canada). You'll want to contact your credit card provider for further assistance.

If an additional small fee appears on your credit card statement, it was likely charged by your credit card provider for cross-border transactions. We only charge the amount stated on your receipt.

If you are ordering custom products (GelaSkins or The HardCase) in excess of 10 pieces in one order, you qualify for a sweet discount. The discounts are:

10-24 pieces = 35% off
25-59 pieces = 50% off
60-100 pieces = 60% off

Your custom order can contain a mix of designs and devices. Please note that our stock designs do not qualify for this pricing.

When uploading an image use file types jpg, png, or gif. Make sure the file is 300 dpi and at least 1600px wide for iPods/phones, and at least 4000px wide for larger devices.

Check your preview carefully before checking out. Custom skins and cases are produced just as you have created them online. We don't change a thing. If it's blurry in the preview, it will definitely be blurry in print. Be sure you are happy before you submit!

So one of our images isn't available for your device? That's OK! Mark the image as a favourite by clicking the little heart beside it in the gallery. Your favourites are available to you in the Create Your Own section, so you can create the skin of your dreams! Be sure to use the art through the Favourite function. Any other unlicensed means of obtaining the image will be denied and refunded after ordering.

Wallpapers are available for most devices, lining up seamlessly with skins and allowing you to create a wrap-around design. Wallpapers are emailed as soon as your order is shipped. For our catalogue skins, you can find the wallpapers on the same page where you purchased your skin or case.

The text entered during the Create Your Own process is for the packaging of your GelaSkins only and will not appear on the actual wallpaper file. The skin will arrive with the text printed on the physical wallpaper depiction.
