To prove that they were certifiably insane, artists Eric and Julie Comstock decided to start their own company. In 2006 at the Craft and Hobby Association trade show, they launched Cosmo Cricket, a paper arts and scrapbook brand. The idea was to offer the best designed paper and embellishments and to have fun doing it. Things took off quickly and now, five years later, Cosmo Cricket is a leader in the scrapbooking and craft communities. Because these two artists thrive on chaos, madness, and the love to create, they took the plunge and formed two more companies: Eray Designs, and Designed by Julie Comstock. GelaSkins carries select designs from the Cosmo Cricket library, including fresh graphic patterns, vintage imagery and distressed prints.
